Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of arrival, minus the shipping and handling fees, in new/unused condition and in the original packaging.
Although we want you to be pleased with your adornments, we cannot be responsible for damage to our items due to misuse or neglect. Our work is tested and designed for daily wear but should be loved and treated like artwork.
The stones used are natural and can be harmed by water and chemicals. The patina and finish on our silver and copper work are protected but these metals can also be damaged by exposure to chemicals and moisture. Lotions ,perfumes, and hairsprays can coat and change the appearance of jewelry over time.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may exchange it for another item or store credit. You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will arrange a store credit with the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a returned item is not received and there is no tracking, credit or a refund will not be granted.
